1. Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you use nokjhok.wtf or place an order with NokJhok, operated by Devanshu Jain, Individual (Unregistered). By confirming the policies and paying, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Final-sale Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.
2. Service and price
The initial displayed price is ₹299. The current catalogue and checkout show the authoritative INR price. One order produces one personalised, approximately eight-second vertical sibling video based on one brother photo, one sister photo, two names, an occasion, a message and any optional creative preference. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
3. Your authority
You confirm that your information is accurate and that you have permission or another lawful basis to provide each photo and request the output. You grant NokJhok and its processors a limited, temporary licence to host, transform and process the submitted material only to provide, secure, support and audit the order.
4. Payment
Cashfree processes payment and provides the authoritative status. A browser redirect, screenshot or debit notification alone does not mark an order paid; production begins only after server-side verification. The server captures the displayed price version when the order is created, and a later catalogue change cannot alter that order.
5. Creative interpretation and AI
The scene, wardrobe, setting, dialogue, gestures, camera and ending are generated from your message and preference rather than fixed templates. The output is a fictional artistic interpretation; exact identity, speech, movement, timing or a literal childhood recreation is not guaranteed. Small visual or audio artefacts can occur in generative media.
6. Timing and delivery
Most accepted orders are targeted within two hours after successful payment, subject to provider capacity, moderation and a usable brief. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. The private status page is the guaranteed delivery route. WhatsApp delivery is optional and requires the customer to open a service conversation. See Digital Delivery.
7. Final sale
Personalised production may begin immediately after payment and orders are final. The limited unavoidable exceptions appear only in our Final-sale Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
Do not submit stolen or disputed photos, impersonation or fraud, explicit sexual content, exploitation, abuse, hateful content, illegal instructions, malware, prompt injection or material that violates another person's rights. Safety and moderation controls may not be bypassed. We may reject or pause unsafe content.
9. Finished-video rights
You retain rights you already hold in source material. After full payment, NokJhok grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to download, keep and share the delivered video for lawful, non-commercial personal use. You may not present it as authentic documentary footage, use it deceptively, train identity models from it or violate another person's rights.
10. Availability and responsibility
We may pause ordering for maintenance, safety, provider outages or capacity. To the extent permitted by law, NokJhok is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party outages or loss caused by inaccurate information or content submitted without authority. Responsibility for a specific paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law does not permit that limit.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Devanshu Jain's operating location have jurisdiction, subject to consumer forums and mandatory law. Questions can be sent to support@nokjhok.wtf.
