Final-sale service

Every NokJhok order is a personalised digital service, and production may begin immediately after successful payment. All sales are final. NokJhok does not offer change-of-mind cancellations, voluntary refunds, credits or exchanges.

Unavoidable exceptions

This policy does not prevent correction of a duplicate payment, a paid order that NokJhok never fulfils, a mandatory bank or Cashfree reversal or chargeback, a provider-mandated action, or any right that cannot legally be excluded.

Payment issue contact

For an applicable exception, email support@nokjhok.wtf with the NokJhok order reference, last four contact-number digits and Cashfree transaction reference. Never email banking credentials, OTPs or source photos.
