NokJhok is a personalised digital video service. Nothing is shipped by courier and no shipping charge applies.

Production target

Usually within 2 hours after verified payment. Complex briefs, provider capacity, manual quality review, payment reconciliation or outages may take longer. The private status page shows the latest recorded stage.

Guaranteed delivery route

1. Cashfree confirms payment to NokJhok's server.
2. NokJhok creates and quality-checks the video.
3. The approved MP4 becomes available on the private status/download page.
4. The customer should download it before the displayed retention deadline.

Optional WhatsApp route

After payment, you may tap Connect WhatsApp and send the prefilled order message. That inbound message opens a 24-hour service window. If the approved video is ready while the window remains open, NokJhok may also send it there. If you skip this step or the window expires, the private web download is unaffected.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the intended contact number with country code.
• Keep the private status link and order reference confidential.
• Download the final file before its retention deadline.
• Contact support promptly if your number or private link is compromised.

Missing or late order

If the target time has passed without a useful status update, email support@nokjhok.wtf with the order reference and last four contact-number digits.
